I complain about snow a lot because I don’t like the cold, but you don’t see me packing my bags to head south for the winter either. Snow is an important part of my winter season and I’d miss it if I didn’t have it. Okay, I’m not so fond of driving in the snow or the brown ick that is formed after a couple of days of car pollution…but still, there is nothing like waking up in the morning, looking out your window and seeing a winter wonder land. When you see clean white snow across the lawn and the way the trees glitter like jewels as the sun comes up from the east, it’s breath taking.
When I was little, I once wondered if we actually lived in a giant snow globe. It seemed to me, that perhaps every once in awhile a child was picking us up and giving us a little shake.
