Well, it’s official. I talked to my son last night and my husband asked him, “Where is Mommy?” and he responded, “In airplane, in Carowina.” So, he does indeed think that I am flying aimlessly around in an airplane in North Carolina. He was very excited to tell me that they had pizza for dinner and then he told me that the “Googles not sleeping. Want Googles.”
The “Googles” are actually “The Wiggles” in two-year old speak. I actually think that he can pronounce it correctly now, but he just doesn’t want to. We pretty much limit his television watching to the week-ends. He watches “The Wiggles” in the morning on Saturday and Sunday around 6am when his parents are too tired to keep our eyes open. Anyhow, when we don’t want him to watch the “Googles,” we used to tell him that the Wiggles were sleeping and they couldn’t sing for him. It’s obviously not working any more. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
